Become An Host Home / Foster Care Provider

Our host home providers supply all of the care needed for an adult in this program. Assistance is provided with all daily living activities 24 hours a day, so the individual is given a family-like home and atmosphere.

We work closely with the individual and host home provider to ensure positive relationships develop. And we remain in continuous contact with both parties to meet each individual’s needs. All providers must pass background checks and receive extensive training, including medication administration, CPR, and first aid.
